On Our Way
I think Betsy and Zac are just a little excited for this trip.
It is amazing how much energy they have at 4 am!
After a layover in Chicago - we were finally off to Alaska...
We arrived just after 1pm Alaska time - that is 5 pm our time. It was a long flight, but Zac and Betsy did manage to impress the flight attendants with their politeness! Yes I was chuckling too...
We were starving when we arrived, so we found a great little place in Anchorage and had our first Alaskan meal - Salmon Burgers for some and a fresh Tuna melt for others.
But never fear he did recover and some how he and Betsy found the energy to go swimming.

Oh Day One isn't over yet...
We were off to the beautiful Alyeska Resort for the night in Girdwood. We did loose Zac for a while...
But never fear he did recover and some how he and Betsy found the energy to go swimming.
Then it was off to bed....Day one was a great success!
