It has been a rainy Sunday. Some of us chose to do this...
While others had a different idea on how to spend the day
We did some more farm exploring.
We met some friends... Yes - they are in fact the famous three little pigs!
They taught us a new game - it is called
King of the Mommy
The rule are simple. One piglet on top...

Zac fell in love with one particular bunny...
This is the bunny Zac would like to bring home.
Emma wasn't so sure about these bunnies.
But they even charmed her!
We got some German lessons from a goat.
Frank took me on a date to the farm's restaurant. Which is a quick walk across the driveway. The restaurant is open for supper on Saturday and Sunday only.
It was the best meal of the trip - pork roast or "Schweinebraten" as the Austrians call it, vegetables and apple juice. Most of the ingredients are from the farm and made by our wonderful host family.
For dessert - an Austrian specialty! It tasted like mix between french toast and fried dough with a wonderful berry preserve on the side.
Then on a small walk - we found out another reason rainy days and Sundays don't get us down.
